Let equation of plane is `x/alpha+y/beta+z/gamma=1`, then `A(alpha,0,0),B(0,beta,0)` and `C(0,0,gamma).` Now `alpha/3=a,beta/3=b` and `gamma/3=c` [as (a,b,c) is centroid of given triangle ] so put `alpha=3a,beta=3b` and `gamma=3c` is equation of plane .

Equation of plane `=> x/a+y/b+z/c=3`
